  1. No Cost Phone Consultation to review the details of your current situation and provide an overview of our services and cost. (up to 30 minutes)
  2. In person or conference call meeting with two of our seasoned mediatiors with you and your spouse to begin the discovery process. We will review the questionnaires that you and/or your spouse will complete outside our meetings. 
  3. Draft agreement – Based on the questionnaires and the results of the meeting, we create a draft document for your review, which will include any applicable child custody, child support, equity distribution and alimony arrangements.  (Approximately 60-90 minutes)
  4. Additional meetings - Mediation will typically require an additional two or more meetings to finalize the agreement and obtain consensus on all the terms. No two agreements are the same we tailor to your individual needs.
  5. Final Agreement - By the end of the process, you will have a document ready to be notorized and the document will become a legal binding contract.
